Battery longevity supports athletes who train daily for weeks without frequent charging cycles, while 1,000-song capacity addresses a common limitation in smaller wearables and reduces dependency on smartphone connectivity during workouts.

Pre-load music files and essential maps, then configure LTE LiveTrack and designate emergency contacts in Safety settings. Use PacePro on familiar courses to establish baseline pacing, monitor VO2 max and Training Readiness Score after completed workouts, and sync regularly with Garmin Connect to maintain complete training history and trend analysis.
