• 3-inch color touchscreen with dual-orientation capability for outdoor visibility in direct sunlight
• IPX7 water-resistant rating, withstanding immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes
• Over 14 hours of battery life with dual power options: rechargeable lithium-ion packs or AA batteries
• Active weather monitoring with real-time forecast updates and severe weather alerts delivered directly to the display

Data Insights

The Rino 750's dual GPS and GLONASS constellation architecture delivers positioning accuracy within 3 meters in challenging environments where single-frequency receivers struggle. The 5 W radio output achieves approximately 20 miles of line-of-sight range in open country, with practical range reduced in forested or mountainous terrain. Integration of BirdsEye satellite imagery provides high-resolution reference data for route planning, while the device's dual-battery architecture ensures extended field deployment without dependency on a single power source.

Usage Instructions

Fully charge the lithium-ion battery or load AA batteries before departure. Navigate menus using the color touchscreen interface to configure radio channels and enable active weather monitoring. Enable Bluetooth to link compatible headsets for hands-free communication. Pair with other Rino units to share position data and initiate emergency alerts within your group. Familiarize yourself with radio range and frequency restrictions applicable to your region before field use.
